Vandalism & Theft

May 31, 2024

The incident happened in the early morning hours of May the 31st, 2024, on the 1600 block of Winnipeg Street. A suspect caused significant damage to a vehicle, and then went inside and stole property. The suspect appears to be about 5 foot, 11 inches tall, or taller, with a heavier build. They were wearing a black balaclava, a black jacket, blue jeans, and black footwear with black soles. The suspect was also wearing black gloves and appeared to be carrying a grey and black drawstring bag.

Anyone who can assist police in identifying the suspect(s) in this crime or any other crime is asked to:
