Threatening Behaviour

The incident happened on June 1st, 2021 in the afternoon at around a quarter after 12 at a business on the 1800 block of Rose Street. A man entered a store and demanded a cell phone. He then proceeded to spray lighter fluid on the floor and threaten to light the business on fire. The suspect then stole a cell phone off the counter, left the business and fled on a bicycle. The suspect is described as a man approximately 20 years old and six feet tall, wearing a black hat, black pants, black shoes, a black hoodie with an orange shirt tied around his waist. He was also wearing a blue surgical mask covering his face and a black bandana tied around his neck.

Anyone who can assist police in identifying the suspect(s) in this crime or any other crime is asked to:
