The incident happened on August the 27th 2021 at around 5:40pm on the 1400 block of Rae Street. The victim of this particular incident saw his vehicle was being damaged by a man. When he approached the man, the suspect punched him twice causing injuries, and then left the scene, the victim followed after the suspect and was able to obtain this picture. The suspect is described as a man in his mid 30s about five foot 10 inches tall, wearing a dark ball cap black hoodie with red echo symbol on the front and camouflage pants.
