The incident happened on July the 26th, 2026, at around 6:45 in the early evening, on the 4000 block of Victoria Avenue East. A man gained access to an enclosed compound and entered several vehicles and equipment. He was carrying a bag, and before leaving, appeared to have filled that bag with an undetermined amount of stolen property. The suspect is a man, appears to be older in age, he had short dark hair, and is wearing dark shoes, grey sweatpants, a black windbreaker with hood, a black t-shirt with red writing, and a black hat.
