The incident happened on November the 29th 2021 at around 6:30pm, at a business on the 3800 block of Albert Street. A man stole a victim's purse when it was left while she was shopping in her cart. The suspect is described as a man with a darker complexion approximately 40 years old, wearing a darker jacket, dark pants and big winter boots.
