The incident happened on March the 19th or March the 20th, 2024, in Victoria Park at 2190 Victoria Avenue. Someone spray painted graffiti on the cenotaph, using gray and black spray paint. Regina Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the person or people responsible for this vandalism.
