The incident took place on November 15th, 2025, at approximately 6 am, as officers responded to a vehicle fully engulfed in flames at the intersection of North Pasqua Street and Sherwood Drive. Investigators say the vehicle struck an uncovered manhole after a witness reported seeing a man remove the cover. The suspect is described as a man in his mid-30’s, around 5’ 9” to 5’ 10”, wearing a black hoodie, jeans, and a Blue Jays hat.
