The incident happened May the 25th, 2024, at around 3 o’clock in the morning on the 2300 block of Dewdney Avenue. A man approached a motorcycle, parked, and tried to get the bike moving. He was able to get it moving a small distance, but eventually dumped the motorcycle on its side, damaging the bike, which was later discovered by the owner. The suspect is described as a man, wearing a ball cap, with a button shirt, loose fitting pants, and possibly sandals as footwear.
