The incident happened on December the 29th, 2023, just before 7 o’clock in the evening on the 1200 block of Athol Street. An injured person was discovered, by police, in the east alley and was believed to be the victim of a hit and run. Multiple vehicles were seen on surveillance video, moving down the alley, between 6 pm and the time that a 911 call was made. Police would like to speak to each owner of these vehicles.
