The incident happened on August the 26th, 2023, at around 3 o’clock in the afternoon, at a business on the 4200 block of Albert Street. A vehicle struck a bicyclist and drove away without stopping. The suspect is described as a woman, possibly in her 40’s, with lighter colored hair, and was driving a grey SUV, possibly a Hyundai Tucson.
