The incident happened on February the 15th, 2025, at around 3:50 in the early morning, on the 1500 block of Elphinstone Street, just south of Dewdney Avenue. A woman was struck by an unknown vehicle. She suffered serious injuries, but none were life-threatening. A witness described the vehicle as a red hatchback car, possibly early 2000’s.
