The incident happened on May the 26th, 2022 at around 1:45 in the afternoon at a business on the 400 block of Albert Street. A man was able to put gas in his vehicle but left the business before paying. The suspect is described as a man wearing a black hat, green shirt, blue pants, black shoes, a reflective orange vest and safety glasses.
