The incident happened in the afternoon of April 19th, 2023, on the 2300 block of Albert Street in Regina, when a suspect used a fake bank draft to buy thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise. The suspect is described as a man with dark hair and a beard. He was wearing a black jacket, black pants, and carrying a black backpack.
