The incident happened around 9 o’clock in the morning on August the 19th, 2024, in the area of 3rd Avenue and Cameron Street. A person was severely injured after being attacked by 2 dogs. After the attack, video surveillance of the area shows a man, and a woman attend the area and retrieve the 2 dogs responsible. Those same two people did not speak or identify themselves to officers who attended the scene. Now, police need your help to identify these two individuals.
