Attempted Fraud and Mischief under $5000.00

January 19, 2026

The incident happened on January 19th, 2026, on the 500 block of First Avenue East. Two men attended the business and installed card skimmers. These are hidden devices that are used by criminals to steal credit or debit card information. This is not the first time that this business has been targeted before. Another city close to Regina has had similar incidents in recent weeks. The first suspect is described as a man with black facial hair, including a scraggily less-full beard and a moustache. He has dark eyes and hair, was average height and a heavier build. He was wearing jeans, a black hoodie with the hood up, the hoodie had a logo on the chest and was also wearing a darker grey and blue plaid button-up jacket. The second suspect is described as a man with black facial hair, including a full beard and moustache, dark eyes, dark hair, slightly taller than the first suspect, and was average build. He was wearing grey sweatpants, a grey Reebok hoodie, with his hood up and black strings, a dark jacket with a hood and a logo on the one breast side.

Anyone who can assist police in identifying the suspect(s) in this crime or any other crime is asked to:
