The incident happened on January the 21st, 2025, at an apartment complex on the 2900 block of Avonhurst Drive. A man entered the front foyer of the apartment building, and using a sharp object, pried open a couple of mailboxes. The suspect did attempt to steal several pieces of mail that belonged to the tenants there. The suspect is described as man, average build, approximately 30 years old, wearing a red Calgary Flames hat, a red hoodie, and a dark winter jacket, white pants, and dark runners.
