The incident happened on Thursday, October 7th 2021 at around 4:30 early in the morning on the 2200 block of First Avenue. A man ran up to and assaulted a victim who was standing outside of their own vehicle when they both fell to the ground. The suspect then got up and stole the vehicle speeding off. Police officers later located the stolen vehicle but still need to identify the suspect. The suspect is described as a man about 20 years old with a thin build, with dark hair wearing a light colored shirt, dark pants, and dark shoes.
