Assault

April 2, 2025

The incident happened on April the 2nd, 2025, at around 4:30 in the morning. A taxi driver was assaulted while dropping off his fare on the 1100 block of Garnet Street. The passenger sprayed bear mace at the driver before trying to steal his property. He then fled the taxi without paying for his transportation. The suspect is described as a man around 30 years old. He was short, with an average build. He had a large tattoo on the top of his right hand.
