The incident happened on February the 2nd, 2026, at around 6 pm in the evening, on the 2000 block of Lorne Street. A man set fire to a Lorras disposal bin. Video surveillance in the area shows a man walking by, wearing black pants and a blue and white plaid jacket. He is seen in the video walking with an obvious limp.
