The incident happened on December the 17th, 2020 at around 6 o'clock in the evening in the 2500 block of East Quan Street. A man used the back door of a business and stole an employees backpack and parka which also had a debit card. The man then fled in a vehicle that was driven by somebody else. That debit card was then used for several transactions. The suspect's described as a man about 5' 8'' tall, medium build, with short brown hair. He was wearing a Chicago White Sox ball cap, a dark jacket with a name on the chest, a light gray hoodie underneath, with light gray jeans and black runners. The man then jumped into a vehicle that was described as a grey or silver Ford Mustang, two door car, with black running boards and a Saskatchewan license plate.
