The incident happened at around 2:45 In the afternoon on August 22 2021, in a parking lot on the 4500 block of Albert Street. A white truck backed into a parked car hard enough that the truck rocked back and forth from the impact. The truck then drove away without making any attempts to notify the owner of the parked vehicle. The driver of the white truck is described as a man about 60 years old with a heavy build, wearing a camouflage ball cap and hoodie the suspects vehicle is described as a white GMC four by four truck with an extended cab and may have damage on the rear passenger side bumper.
