The incident happened on April 11, 2020, on the 17 hundred block of Quebec Street. At around 6:20 in the morning, a man stole a 2015, brown Toyota Rav 4. The suspect is described as a man with a thin build wearing a black hooded sweater, a black baseball cap, and was carrying a duffel bag. The vehicle was then discovered by police 3 days later in Prince Albert Saskatchewan.
